    Brief description of the process of two stages cold and clean gas station

    Our company produces the two stages gas station belongs to fixed-bed type and continuous blast air gasifier,made up of carbonization and gasification segment from top to bottom.at first,the coal drop into the gasifier body through two sets of coal-loading valve from coal bunker at the top of gasifier.after sufficient drying and long time of low temperature carbonization,the coal changed into carbocoal gradually in carbonization segment,and then drop into gasification segment.the broiling carbocoal and gasification agent blasted from bottom of gasifier will full reaction in gasification segment,the coal will be changed into ash through reduction layer and oxidation layer,and discharge automatic from ash tray by drived grate bar.

    producing and cleaning of gas from gasifier top

    At first,the coal will be evaporated (90~150?)in process of low temperature carbonization,then taken off the volatile matter(150~550?).the volatile matter contains the tar,alkane gas,phenol and H2?CO2?CO?H2O,the gas of top gasifier is mixed by retort gas and a part of gas from gasification segment,that accounts for about 40% of the total amount of gas.its higher heat value(7400KJ/NM3),lower temperature(120?)and contains plentiful tar.the gas of top gasifier take off the tar through the electric tar arrester(90~120?),then goes into intercooler.the tar yield is uncertain with different coal type,that account for about 3~6% of the total amount of coal.it can be used chemical materials or fuel .(the heat value is 9000kcal/kg above)

    producing and cleaning of gas from gasifier bottom

    In gasification segment,the broiling carbocoal and gasifying agent will generate the gas by oxidation,reduction and a series of chemical reactions,that compose of bottom gas,called gasified gas,which account for about 60% of the total amount of gas.its lower heat value (6000KJ/NM3),higher temperature(450?).the bottom gas contains a small amount ash because of near the ash layer but not contains tar because the coal become carbocoal by enough low temperature carbonization time in carbonization segment.at first,the bottom gas (400~550?)will be dust removaled by cyclone dust collector,and then goes into phenol-water evaporator,(the temperature will fall to about 200?)then goes into wind cooler(the temperature will fall to about 80?),at last the bottom gas and the top gas mix and goes into intercooler.

    cleaning of mixed gas
    The temperature of mixed gas will fall to about 35~45? in intercooler,then goes into electric light oil arrester,the light oil and ash will be taken off,become phenol-water mixture contains light oil.but the weight of light oil is lighter than phenol water layer,so it can be separated.at last,the compressed gas supply to user by gas pressurizing booster fan.
